Engineers are in short supply. Why Ukrainian miltech lacks developers and where to look for them

Despite the negotiations and all of Trump's promises to end the Russian-Ukrainian war, interest in working in the miltech industry has not waned. Airlogix, which produces reconnaissance drones, reviews 2,000 industrial resumes every month.
Specialists are sought in all possible ways - for example, Kvertus monitors thematic conferences and speakers' reports, and General Cherry's HR department looks for employees through Linkedin.
At the same time, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find "narrow" specialists.
