What happens to a business when a CEO goes to war
Andriy Yasynyshyn mobilized in 2023. He now serves in the Armed Forces, where he uses his technical experience to help him - in 2016 he co-founded the software development company Ralabs. Although he delegated most of his tasks, he still remains its CEO.
The service takes up most of his time, but the entrepreneur devotes his evenings and weekends to the company. Moreover, his service in the army taught him new approaches to work.
LIGA.Tech talked to Andriy about how to effectively delegate responsibilities to colleagues before mobilization, what tasks he never delegated, and what the Armed Forces taught the entrepreneur.
What and how he delegated to his colleagues
The first person with whom Andriy Yasynyshyn discussed possible mobilization was his wife. Only then did he inform Ralabs co-founder Roman Rodomansky and the directors of the directions and began to transfer responsibilities.
