Andriy Yasynychyn was mobilized in 2023. Today, he serves in a digital warfare unit. His background helps — back in 2016, he co-founded the software development company Ralabs. Though most responsibilities are now delegated, he still holds the title of CEO.

Military service consumes most of his time, but evenings and weekends remain dedicated to Ralabs. Along the way, army life has taught him new ways to approach work. Liga.Tech spoke with Andriy about how he delegated duties before mobilization, the tasks he chose to keep, and what the military has taught him as an entrepreneur.

How he delegated responsibilities to the team

The first person Andriy spoke to about the possibility of mobilization was his wife. Then came his co-founder at Ralabs, Roman Rodomansky, followed by department heads. That’s when the handover began.
