Minister reveals Ukraine's combat-ready robot in captivating photo
Ukraine is testing the D-21-11, a domestically produced versatile robot, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced.
The D-21-11 was developed by members of the Brave1 defense cluster. "The machine is equipped with an automatic turret and can perform combat tasks such as reconnaissance, storming or defending positions," the statement said.
The platform can also be used to safely deliver ammunition or supplies to soldiers in hot spots. The combat portion of the robot is fully detachable.
The combat part of the robot, D-11, has already undergone successful testing and received positive feedback from the military, Fedorov said. The developers plan to integrate NATO weapons into the robot and improve its resistance to Russian electronic warfare. Currently, the development team is working to scale up production of the robot.
