Netflix temporarily stopped working after the start of the new season of Stranger Things – what was the mistake
Immediately after the launch of the first four episodes of the fifth season of Stranger Things, some Netflix users reported a malfunction in the service. According to Downdetector, the number of complaints spiked a few minutes before the premiere, with nearly 14,000 requests recorded. About reports Entertainment Weekly.
Viewers encountered the NSEZ-403 error, which prevents them from connecting to the platform. Instead of video, the screens showed messages "Something went wrong" or "There was a problem with your request". Netflix recommends that you try watching from another device in this situation.
Company confirmed in a comment to Engadget about temporary difficulties with streaming on TVs, but assured that all accounts were restored in less than five minutes. Earlier, Netflix even increased the system's bandwidth by 30% to avoid overload.
The first four episodes are already available, three more will appear on December 25, and the final one will be released on December 31.
