31% of companies updated their benefits packages in 2025, and another quarter plan to do so soon
EPAM, one of Ukraine’s largest IT companies, is changing its benefits policy. Contractors who do not switch to the Diia.City framework will have their vacation days and sick leave reduced. This is a transition to a new cooperation model, EPAM says.
