Bloomberg: Apple to announce new iPhone series on September 9 or 10

Apple is planning to hold its annual big presentation of new iPhones between September 8 and 12, 2025. This is reported by Bloomberg. The most likely dates are September 9 or 10, as these are the days when Apple most often announces new flagships.
According to Bloomberg, Apple usually organizes its September presentations the week after Labor Day in the US, which this year falls on September 1. This makes the second week of the month the most likely period to showcase new products. The company also avoids Fridays (this year it is September 12) and in recent years has not held major events on September 11.
Over the past 10 years, five Apple events have been held on Tuesday, three on Wednesday, and only one on Monday (in 2024).
Apple is expected to show several models of new smartphones at once - iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max. Along with them, the company will present updated Apple Watch - the budget version SE 3, the flagship Series 11, and the new Watch Ultra 3.
Apple usually sends press invitations about a week before the event.
- Recently, it was reported that iPhone production in India may be in jeopardy. Hundreds of Chinese engineers and technicians who worked at Foxconn factories are returning to China.
- According to a well-known Weibo insider Instant Digital, the iPhone 17 Pro Max will have the largest battery of any iPhone model.
- Also known all colors of the iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Air before the release.
