Chinese competitor to the iPhone Air. Honor showed new smartphones of the 500 series

The Chinese company Honor has officially presented the design of the new Honor 500 series of smartphones, which is positioned as a sub-flagship line. The smartphones are available for pre-order in China and visually resemble the iPhone Air.

The base model of the Honor 500 has a triple camera with two large lenses placed in a rectangular block, similar to the one used in the iPhone Air. The Honor 500 Pro version also has a triple module, but with a different design of the camera unit and an additional sensor.

Honor confirmed that both models will have a 200-megapixel camera. The storage capacity of the base model will reach 12 GB and 512 GB, and the Pro model will have 16 GB and 512 GB.

The smartphones will be available in four colors: Moonlight Silver, Obsidian Black, Starlight Powder, and Aquamarine. Honor has not yet announced the official launch date.
