Father and son, Mike and Luke Maximo Bella, created a drone using a 3D printer in their own workshop, which, according to them, reached a speed of 585 km/h. This was reported by Gizmochina.

Peregreen 3 broke the previous record by 27 km/h. The flight was documented using GPS and video, and the result is now awaiting verification by the Guinness Book of Records. Development of the next version of Peregreen has already begun .

The previous model, the Peregreen 2, could reach 480 km/h. The new device has 16.2 kW electric motors and a 16 kW battery, which is twice the performance of its predecessor. The weight of the drone has increased to 2.77 kg, but this has provided better stability at high speeds.

After one of the prototypes caught fire, the inventors replaced the ventilation with water cooling, a compact 50 ml system. They also optimized GPS navigation by moving the receiver to the camera to avoid interference. The drone flies for less than two minutes, and acceleration lasts up to 23 seconds .

As a reminder, the Ukrainian miltech company "General Cherry" has created an "anti-Shahed". Recently, the "drone marketplace" DOT-Chain Defense has fulfilled its first orders.
