The operation of LTE mobile Internet in Kyiv was confirmed by Mykhailo Nestor, chief product director of Kyivstar.
On Thursday evening, Kyivstar was informed about the restoration of access to the mobile Internet "region by region". The first was Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. SMS messages are next in the recovery plans.
