Outage impacts Kyivstar customers as calls, internet down across networks

This morning, top Ukrainian mobile operator Kyivstar experienced a technical failure, the company reports.

The failure concerns the implementation of communication services and Internet access for some subscribers. The operator's website is also not working.

"The company's specialists are working on solving the problem. While the technical difficulties are being solved, we recommend subscribers to use the capabilities of the national roaming service," the company says.
