Ukraine in top 3 in Europe for open data transparency

Ukraine took the third place in Europe in the Open Data Maturity ranking of the field of open data with an indicator of 96% and a trendsetter category.

In the first place of the 2023 rating is France (98%), in second place is Poland (98%). Ukraine (96%) received the third position with the following points:
• open data policy — 625;
• functioning of the open data portal data.gov.ua — 607;
• impact of open data — 600;
• quality of open data — 611.
35 European countries were evaluated in the rating. Ukraine entered the Open Data Maturity rating for the first time in 2020 – in 17th place.
Last year, Ukraine came second after France.
