53% of branches of international tech companies operating in Israel reported an increase in relocation requests from their employees over the past year due to the war between Israel and Palestine. This is stated in a report by the Israel Advanced Technology Industries (IATI), as reported by Reuters.

The tech sector accounts for about 20% of Israel's GDP, 15% of jobs, and more than half of its exports.

The report also notes that some international companies are considering moving their operations to other countries due to supply chain disruptions during the war.

22% of companies reported an increase in losses after the start of the war on October 7, 2023. At the same time, 57% of companies maintained stable business activities throughout the period of hostilities, and 21% expanded their business in the country.
